About Us

Cub Scout Pack 356 is moderately-sized and experiences great participation at our many Cub Scout focused events (e.g. rocket day, snow tubing, water park) as well as our community focused events (e.g. Scouting for food, caroling for seniors, Memorial Day Ceremony), all of which are fun learning opportunities for the boys. Many Cub Scouts that start together as Tigers complete Weblos II and advance to Boy Scouts as a group, along with the new scouts that join them along that path!

The Cub Scout pack consists of dens composed of boys in the same grade at school. Pack 356 does support the Lion program for Kindergarteners (which is parent led). The dens meet once or twice a month, depending on Scouting events that month, to work on their achievements. The pack meets monthly to acknowledge Scouting achievements, do creative group activities and build our sense of Scouting community. Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay for pack meetings, as well as participate in Scouting leadership if able!

Pack and den meetings take place at St. Francis Xavier School (219 19th St. NW; Buffalo, MN 55313). If you know a boy in grades K-5 that would like to join Pack 356, please email us through the Contact Us link to the left.
